Key points:

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Telezen MD

Commissions are a flat fee of $50–$250 per referral, depending on therapy, paid monthly and subject to a 30-day holdback for cancellations or refunds

You may not make medical claims, guarantee results, or use language regarding GLP-1, tirzepatide, semaglutide, or other treatments that has not been pre-approved by Telezen MD

Prohibited: cookie stuffing, misleading advertising, spam, and impersonating a medical provider

You must disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines

Telezen MD may terminate affiliate accounts at any time for policy violations

Updates to these Terms may require re-acceptance if you are notified
